[ED-TECH] Two songs worth hearing

As we prepare for a new semester, here are two great songs about education. The first one is about K-12, but there are things that apply to higher education, too. The second one is about higher education, but the point applies to all teaching and learning. Take a break, relax, and listen. They make me smile!

1. Tom Chapin's "Not On the Test"

2. David Roth's song/story "The Three Questions"

Bill Vilberg

P.S. I originally started this message with "As we prepare for another semester." That sounded too depressing, so I changed it to "new semester." The newness implies possibilities rather then repetition. What new things are you using/trying/considering in your teaching that will really make it a "new" semester?
