Here is a very short screencast I just created to show my staff, the Learning Platforms Team, how to access their W-2 form in WorkDay.

It took as long to make as it takes to watch, so it is very easy to create. It demonstrates the process, so there should be no confusion about where to click or what I am showing. Screencasts can be a GREAT way to communicate with your students. Every faculty member and instructor should have this technique in their tool bag.
